EPS Teaching Award Winners

For those who missed this at the holiday party this year, we announced the winners of the 2018-19 EPS Teaching Award. They are Tim Clements who was a TF for EPS/ES 162 Hydrology in Fall 2018 and Jiahua Guo who won the award for AM115 Mathematical Modeling in Spring 2019.

 

The EPS Teaching Award is given annually to teaching fellows who exhibit excellence in teaching. Each recipient of this award receives an "Outstanding EPS Teaching Fellow" certificate, an engraved Estwing rock hammer, and $500...

Spring 2019 Bok Center Certificate of Distinction in Teaching Awardees

Please join us in congratulating several of our TFs, TAs, and CAs from the spring semester who were recently announced as recipients of the Harvard University Certificate of Distinction in Teaching from the Bok Center! This certificate is awarded to teaching fellows, teaching assistants, and course assistants who earn an overall score of 4.5 out of 5.0 or higher (with a minimum of five evaluations) on the Q evaluations...

NSF Fellowship Winners in EPS!

Congratulations to EPS graduate students Matt Brennan, Zeyuan Hu, and Natasha Toghramadjian who have been awarded the 2019 NSF Graduate Research Fellowship. This fellowship provides three years of stipend and partial tuition support. Great work Matt, Zeyuan, and Natasha!
