Department Tutorial: Nadja Drabon

Wednesday, December 1, 2021, 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Hoffman Fourth Floor Faculty Lounge (with Zoom option)

Department Tutorials provide an opportunity for EPS concentrators and prospective students alike to meet with EPS faculty in an informal setting. In addition to learning about the variety of research available within EPS, the tutorials are also a great way to meet other students interested in earth and planetary sciences.

Our December presenter is Professor Nadja Drabon, whose research focuses on the habitability of the early Earth and how it was affected by crustal processes and changing surface environments.

All EPS concentrators (whether primary or joint-allied) and secondary fielders are required to attend 5 tutorials before graduation. If you are interested in an EPS concentration but haven’t declared yet, your attendances will be retroactively counted toward the 5 attendance policy, whenever you end up declaring.
