The EPS Rock Collection contains over 10,000 samples and is housed in rooms 314d and 312 of the Harvard Science Center. The collection consists of the following:

Ward's Rock Collection
Two igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rock sets. One is for general use. The second set is complete with matching thin sections and meant to exist as a permanent reference in the EPS collections. Hence, specimens from the second complete set are for temporary loan only. Both sets are located in room 314d.
