Gordon McKay Professor of Environmental Science and Engineering and Professor of Earth and Planetary Sciences

Scot T. Martin is the Gordon McKay Professor of Environmental Science and Engineering and Professor of Earth and Planetary Sciences with appointments in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences.

His research focuses on engineering solutions to the major environmental challenges presently facing the world. He works on problems of air and water pollution, as well as their connections to regional and global change. His most recent work relates to the Amazon basin.
