Harvard EPS swag order form
The Earth and Planetary Sciences Department has a variety of swag for sale. Whether you are a current EPS member, alumni, or friend of the department, show your pride with our branded baseball caps, beanies, mugs, and more. Payment for your items will be in the form of a donation to the EPS department.
Fill out your shipping information and then select the item(s) in your order. If you are shipping items to multiple locations, please submit a new form entry for each unique shipping address. Please make a donation to the EPS department as payment. You may combine the total cost in one donation. All items will be mailed within 5-8 business days of purchase.
Step 1: Fill out your personal information and shipping address.
Step 2: Enter the quantity of each item you wish to order.
Step 3: Add up the total cost for your order and submit payment as a donation to the EPS Department.
Step 4: Once your donation is received, you will get an email from an EPS staff member confirming your order.
Step 5: Your items will be shipped within 5-8 business days through the USPS via standard ground shipping.
