Event and Field Coordinator
Caroline joined EPS as the Event and Field Coordinator in June 2023. In her role, Caroline supports a variety of department programs including the Colloquia series occurring Mondays during the academic year, weekly seminars for graduate students and postdocs, and unique signature EPS events such as landmark celebrations and receptions. Caroline is a point of contact for event logistics and can provide support on booking classrooms, catering, organizing hotel accommodations, and more. In addition to event support, Caroline facilitates the annual department field trips for graduate and undergraduate students, provides staff support for course field trips, and oversees the department’s inventory of field work gear.
