Research Areas
We study the causes and effects of climate change. A primary focus is on how climate change influences water and agriculture, and other topics include analyzing changes in Earth’s climate over geological timescales, calibrating the instrumental record of climate change, and exploring how extreme events are changing and their implications for human wellbeing.
